Conversion of a locally listed building into six opulent dwellings, including a penthouse, within the Haygate site.
Originally built in 1912, the former hospital is a fine example of an arts and crafts genre. Design-wise, great care was taken to guarantee that a sympathetic conversion not only conserved but also enhanced the original elements of the building.
Each dwelling has been designed with a contemporary finish and is granted with an abundance of open living space and natural light. However, it was important that each property retain the character of the original building.
